Other Teams
Environment
The Environment team reports on candidate environmental stances to our elections teams, reviews and comments on legislation, and works locally to educate about and address the climate crisis.
Immigration and Social Justice
The Immigration and Social Justice team reports on breaking issues in our community that affect us all but most profoundly affect those who have less privilege. The current team focus is supporting our unhoused neighbors and permanent supportive housing development.
LGBTQIA+
The LGBTQIA+ team takes action to secure the rights of LGBTQ+ folx by networking with and supporting ally groups. The team also reviews and comments on legislation, and supporting candidates who are supportive, or themselves members of, the LGBTQIA+ community.
Women’s Rights
The Women’s Rights team focusses on supporting women’s right to choose their own healthcare and opposing legislation and policies that would strip women of their autonomy.
Fair Taxation
The Fair Taxation team promotes revenue-increasing, progressive state tax legislation through citizen advocacy.
